+> Local DNS server in C++ that forwards every query over DNS-over-HTTPS (via WinHTTP) instead of plaintext UDP, so an ISP or DPI box only sees HTTPS traffic to the resolver.

+Written for Windows, built with CMake and MSVC. Zero third-party dependencies, uses WinHTTP for the HTTPS leg.
