+> ARP-based local network scanner in C++: finds its own subnet automatically, sends parallel ARP requests to every host, and prints who answers with their MAC address.

+Written for Windows, built with CMake and MSVC. Uses SendARP from iphlpapi, no raw sockets or packet capture drivers, no administrator rights required.
