> Minimal traceroute implementation in C++ using raw ICMP sockets: sends echo requests with increasing TTL and reports which hop replies "time exceeded" at each step.

## Notes

- Originally scoped as a same-connection TTL "fake packet" DPI bypass trick, but that needs raw TCP packet injection which Windows blocks without a driver like WinDivert — this is the honest, working substitute
